Roar to you from Ethiopia!

We had seen lots on the TV about Ethiopia. Most of the pictures were of a land that was dusty, dry and the people had very little food.

We were shocked to find that it was a beautiful country with lots of fields, grass and beautiful animals.

We met lots of the different animals and they showed us round their beautiful country. Would you like to meet them….

We saw lots of different birds flying over the mountains and swooping over the lakes…

  1. Hey FaceBook friends, this is a wonderful blog for your children, which really helps to open their understanding of other countries and their stuff, people, birds, animals, ways of living. xx Actually I find it interesting for myself too.

    Hi Dino and Lion,
Was it very hot in Ethiopia? My favourite picture this week was the monkey stealing the chips! Cheeky monkey! Me and Mummy will look next week.
    Love from
    Meg xx

    • Hi Meg,
Thanks for your message. We were shocked by the temperature in Ethiopia. We thought it would be cold because we were high up in the mountains. But…. It was really really hot and we needed to use lots of suncream on our fur. That monkey was very cheeky…he got told off for grabbing the chips! Best wishes to you, Dino and Lion
