About Dino and Lion

We are two animals cycling with our Primary school teacher owner. Dino is 4 years old, is very confident and loves eating. “I can’t wait to try all the different food in all the countries we visit!”
Lion is 2 years old but more sensible and grown up. “I am always getting Dino out of trouble!”

The journey is London to Cape Town and we will be blogging about the countries we are visiting along the way! Join us on our adventure at twitter @dinoandlion or at our Facebook page.

We are raising awareness for street children in Africa during our journey. We will report back issues in a way that can engage KS1 and KS2 children.

We also hope that our journey can be used in schools to help engage children with the global dimention…

Could your children follow our progress on Google maps?
Would your children enjoy reading about the different countries we visit?
Would your children complete some of the tasks we set?

We are CRB Checked and available to be interviewed by email or via Skype.

If your class/children would like to know more about our journey then you can send us questions via email: dinoandlion@gmail.com and we will reply back

Or set up a Skype call where you can interview our owner and ask questions directly.

We just want to use ICT and blogging to engage children in our journey and street children issues.
Let us know how we can help you

We hope the blogs are useful
